Everything you need to know about entering the Ngoma Awards.

Any advertising agency, production house, brand, or creative professional based in or operating in Zimbabwe may enter. Student entries are welcome at a reduced rate of $10 per entry.

Early Bird (before 31 Aug): $40 per entry. Standard (1 Sep–31 Oct): $50 per entry. Late (1 Nov–15 Nov): $60 per entry. Student entries: $10. ZAAPA members: $35. Bulk discount of 10% applies to 5 or more entries.

There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit. Each entry must be in a single category and paid for separately. Bulk discounts apply from 5 entries.

Yes. A single piece of work may be entered into multiple categories, provided it is genuinely relevant to each. A separate fee applies for each category entry.

Images: JPG or PNG (max 50MB). Audio: MP3 or WAV (max 50MB). Documents: PDF (max 50MB). Video entries: Please submit a YouTube or Vimeo link — we do not accept video file uploads.

Entries are scored by an independent panel of industry professionals on four criteria: Creativity (35%), Execution (30%), Market Impact (25%), and Local Relevance (10%). Judges are assigned entries outside their own agency or brand. Total score is out of 100.

The shortlist will be announced on 22 November 2026. All entrants will be notified by email. The full shortlist will also be published on our website.

We accept Paynow (Zimbabwean mobile money and card payments) and bank transfer. Payment details for bank transfer are provided during checkout. Entries are only confirmed once payment is received.

Entries can be edited while they are in draft status and before payment is made. Once payment is confirmed and the entry is submitted, no further edits are permitted.
